Job summary

Wanstor is seeking an Automation Developer to join the Transformation & AI team. This client-facing role focuses on designing, building and deploying AI-powered copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio within Microsoft 365.

You’ll automate business processes, integrate with APIs, and ensure governance and security across solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to translate requirements into scalable AI workflows, deliver demos, and support enterprise rollout.

Qualifications

• Strong Power Automate skills with workflow design and integrations.
• Experience integrating systems via connectors, Dataverse/SharePoint, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Azure Foundry and Microsoft Copilot tooling.
• Client-facing delivery experience: workshops, demos, requirements.
• Security/governance concepts (DLP, least privilege, environment strategy).
• Power Platform ALM and solution packaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot.
• Develop Copilot experiences across Microsoft 365 with Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Build AI solutions using Azure services to support real-world use cases.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Deliver workshops, demos and proofs of concepts to drive adoption.
• Integrate AI with existing systems, data sources and APIs.
• Support customers with governance and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimise AI solutions for performance and UX.
• Stay updated on evolving AI tech within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Contribute to reusable assets and internal capability building.
