Job summary

EY’s Global Payroll Operations (GPO) seeks an AI-enabled Solutions Analyst to identify operational challenges and translate them into practical, well-governed tools and improvements. You will work across the engagement lifecycle from pursuit to delivery, using AI-assisted development to prototype data utilities, document processors and workflow automations.

This business-facing role focuses on governance, QA, and safe adoption of AI solutions by senior stakeholders, while maintaining audit

Qualifications

3–4 years of professional experience in business analysis, solutions delivery or consulting.
Experience using AI tools to create practical outputs and prototypes.
Ability to work with ambiguous problems and translate into concrete requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
Ability to design tests, QA plans and defend outputs with evidence.

Responsibilities

Identify operational pain points across the GPO lifecycle and design AI-enabled solutions.
Create prototypes and data utilities using approved AI tools; test and iterate with users.
Review outputs for accuracy, governance, and risk, with human-in-the-loop controls.
Document requirements, acceptance criteria and user guides; maintain version histories.
