Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead DD strategy and delivery transformation for M&A/Private Capital.
• Embed AI capabilities with measurable adoption.
• Act as liaison between lawyers, clients and technology providers.
• Lead client-facing activity on AI-assisted DD in London.
• Support pricing and commercial opportunities related to AI in DD.
