Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Legal Engineer to join the Legal Engineers team, sitting at the intersection of law, technology and AI. You will help law firms and in-house teams transform how legal work is delivered through AI-enabled workflows and practical legal technology.

You will lead workflow discovery sessions, design AI-enabled solutions, and help customers realise measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and adoption.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE in a large firm or in-house.
• Experience with complex legal workflows in transactional and/or contentious practice areas.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management with senior professionals.
• Genuine interest in legal technology, AI and workflow transformation.
• Excellent relationship-building to influence and drive change across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow discovery sessions with customers to understand current legal processes and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.
• Design, configure and deploy AI-enabled workflows and skills aligned with customer processes.
• Deliver onboarding, enablement and adoption sessions for different user groups.
• Embed new workflows into day-to-day legal practice with Customer Success to drive adoption.
• Monitor usage and drive adoption, engagement and value realization.
• Translate workflow requirements and feedback into actionable insights for Product/Development.
• Share best practices and reusable workflows across customers and internal teams.
