Job summary

Board International is seeking an FP&A Solution AI Developer to embed AI capabilities across FP&A assets and enterprise tools. You will translate business needs into scalable AI use cases, prompts, and workflows plus maintain reusable AI components.

The role blends AI solution development with FP&A understanding and hands-on experimentation using leading LLM platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot. Collaboration with product teams and architects is essential.

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise AI and LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
Excellent prompt engineering with AI-enabled workflows and prompts.
Ability to translate FP&A needs into AI-enabled workflows, use cases, prototypes, and scalable solution components.
Experience integrating AI into existing business, data, analytics, planning, or application frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead AI use case development across FP&A assets and frameworks.
Design, test, and implement AI-enabled planning, forecasting, reporting features.
Translate FP&A needs into prompts, workflows, and scalable components.
Develop prompt libraries, AI workflows, prototypes, and demos.
Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, FP&A experts, and developers to embed AI into solutions.
Test, validate, and refine AI outputs for accuracy and business value.
Document AI use cases, prompting logic, and enablement materials for teams.
