Job summary

Blackstone is seeking a Product Manager (AVP) to own core enterprise AI platform capabilities for scale, governance, security, and enablement. You will focus on the LLM gateway, MCP gateway, agent runtime, and model governance controls to deliver self-service experiences for builders across the firm.

In this role, you will lead the roadmap for platform capabilities, collaborate with Platform Engineering, SRE, Security, and Data teams, and define APIs that enable agent workflows and tool access

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in enterprise/platform software.
• Experience shipping enterprise platform features in security-conscious, regulated organizations.
• Strong understanding of authentication/authorization, access controls, auditability, and multi-tenant governance.
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1, from problem definition through launch.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for core platform capabilities including LLM and MCP gateways, web search access, audit logging, access controls, and integration with AWS/Azure services.
• Develop and maintain builder experience end to end—onboard new agent builders, manage workloads, enforce platform policies.
• Build features that give leadership and security teams visibility into platform usage, cost attribution, chargeback, and governance.
