Job summary

Conduct is seeking a technically hands-on operations-focused professional to embed AI into workflows across GTM, finance, ops, and engineering. You will partner with engineering and sales/ops, prototype real AI-driven processes, and build internal tooling to accelerate developer productivity.

Ideal candidates combine deep technical chops with strong business sense, ownership, and a bias for action, delivering impactful automations and scalable knowledge systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical operations, solutions engineering, internal tools, or technical product roles.
• Genuinely technical with code-first capabilities and ability to prototype workflows.
• Hands-on with modern AI tooling and real workflow building.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact automation opportunities across GTM, product, finance, and ops.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tooling using code-first or low-code approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand product plans and improve development productivity workflows.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge systems that compound in value over time.
