Artlogic is seeking a pragmatic, impact-driven AI-Native Senior Software Engineer to evolve and extend our platform. You will guide technical direction, mentor teams, and champion AI-native workflows while balancing business impact with engineering excellence.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to take ideas from inception through production, ensuring the right solutions for our customers and maintaining system reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior engineer with product mindset.
• Experience mentoring engineers and adopting AI-native workflows.
• Strong communication to articulate technical trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native workflows and agentic development lifecycle.
• Define guardrails and validation gates for AI-generated code.
• Design, build, and operate software across the platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Design from discovery to production.
• Lead features from shaping to production and unblock blockers.
• Stress-test AI-generated solutions and surface risks.
• Shape architecture for AI tooling and LLm integrations.
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience via observability.
• Navigate legacy and greenfield contexts with AI pragmatism.
• Set engineering standards for AI-generated code quality.
• Mentor engineers and promote AI-native practices.
• Evolve CI/CD with agentic workflows and automated testing.
• Champion secure-by-design across code and pipelines.
• Own observability and proactive incident prevention.
• Contribute to on-call rotation and incident response.
