You will focus on AI-native development, build reliable user experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable software while iterating based on feedback and analytics. Remote-first, time-zone flexible, with emphasis on outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Strong product engineering mindset.
• Full-stack capabilities with Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and modern API development.
• AI-native development experience with practical use of coding agents beyond basic code generation.
• Strong engineering fundamentals for maintainable systems, testing, and debugging.

• Turn user problems into intuitive, reliable experiences across backend services, APIs and frontend interfaces.
• Develop AI-first capabilities to accelerate development and automate workflows.
• Build APIs, integrations, workflows, and creator-focused tools for complex AI features.
• Own the user experience by using feedback and analytics to reduce friction and improve adoption and reliability.
• Think in terms of outcomes and measure success through usability and business impact.
• Ship and operate features through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Improve how we build by exploring agentic workflows and modern engineering practices.
