Calibre is seeking an exceptional Product Engineer to join the founding team and build a new class of products to supercharge our AI-native certification process.

This role is language-agnostic, demanding first principles thinking, and expects you to integrate LLMs into daily workflows as a force multiplier.

You will own products across the full stack, design end-to-end systems, and engineer reliable agent infrastructure to ship high-quality code at pace.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable AI engineering experience with agent systems.
• Strong product engineering across frontend, backend, and AI layers.
• First-principles problem solving with fast shipping.
• Evidence of exceptional output (projects, open-source, or hackathons).
