Job summary

servicePath is seeking an AI Knowledge Management Lead to own the knowledge repository end-to-end, using AI-powered search, tagging, and summarization. You will lead a team, champion AI-native workflows, and mentor staff across a global, remote organization.

You will drive AI-assisted documentation, LMS development, and continuous improvement while collaborating with developers, product managers, and support to keep knowledge current as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Knowledge Management with leadership responsibilities.
• AI native daily, self-directed use of AI tools in real work.
• Proven track record applying AI to knowledge, documentation, or content work with measurable results.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with remote teams.
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-powered knowledge bases, search, or chatbot tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Knowledge Management team and deliverables end to end.
• Collaborate with across functional teams to align documentation with company goals.
• Define best practices for human + AI collaboration in documentation workflows.
• Deliver training sessions and develop AI-assisted training content.
• Drive continuous improvement of KM strategy in response to AI landscape.
