Job summary

Penta Group is seeking Applied AI / ML Engineers early in their careers to design, build, test and deploy practical AI workflows using Python, LLMs, AWS and Claude Code. You will ship AI-native tools and automated workflows that support advisory teams and client delivery.

You should be fluent with Claude Code, comfortable operating AWS, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment within our Data Science team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with at least one AI-native tool or platform (e.g., Claude Code, OpenWebUI, LiteLLM).
• Strong Python coding ability to build, read, test and debug real software.
• Strong prompting and context‑engineering skills, and familiarity with using LLMs in real workflows.
• Comfort with APIs, JSON, structured outputs and everyday developer tooling.
• Basic to intermediate SQL.
• Git version control and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native tools and workflows to accelerate development and production readiness.
• Build practical LLM workflows, agents, skills and tools supporting teams and client delivery.
• Operate AWS services and drive infrastructure with Claude Code and IaC practices.
• Contribute to data science delivery including processing and analyzing large content.
