Job summary

Lynx Recruitment is seeking an AI/ML Research Consultant to join a UK-based technology and research organisation. You will work on challenging AI/ML projects from research through to prototypes and deployable solutions, collaborating with scientists, engineers and clients to deliver high-quality technical outcomes.

Responsibilities include analyzing new research, generating ideas, developing and training models, prototyping, experiments, and client-facing delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, CS or related field.
• Demonstrated research potential or experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras or JAX.
• Rigorous scientific approach and creative problem solving.
• Interest in AI/ML developments and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing latest research and developments in the field.
• Generating new ideas, approaches and hypotheses.
• Developing and training ML models for specialist applications.
• Rapid prototyping and technical troubleshooting.
• Designing and conducting experiments.
• Working with clients to understand requirements and deliver outcomes.
