Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with flexible WFH options.

This role offers the opportunity to recruit the top 1% of AI talent for leading DeepTech companies.

Join an esteemed agency with a global client base in DeepTech, AI, and Hedge Funds.

Ideal candidates will be experienced recruiters in the Tech space, especially in Robotics & Autonomous Systems.

You will work with clients who are leaders in the DeepTech industry, such as companies involved in LLM/TTS technology and AI application development.

The role is a 360 recruitment position, with a focus on placing top-tier talent in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Key logistics include:

1. Approximately 2 days per week in their Canary Wharf office (flexible).
2. Competitive base salary (discussed based on experience).
3. No threshold or desk fee.
4. Commission structure starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K.
