Job summary

Ekiva Limited is seeking an AI/ML RAN & RRM Engineer to develop and integrate intelligent algorithms for 5G RAN optimisation, RRM and automated network control. You will collaborate with RAN, RF, software, orchestration and integration teams to validate AI/ML-driven capabilities in real telecom environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI/ML and RAN engineering, with strong Python skills and knowledge of Open RAN architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and RAN engineering or telecom analytics.
• Strong Python programming and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
• Open RAN / O-RAN architecture understanding and RIC/xApps familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML solutions for 5G RAN optimisation and RRM.
• Analyse RAN data, KPIs and telemetry to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support integration with Open RAN platforms and network orchestration.
• Collaborate with RAN, Core, RF, Orchestration, Backend, DevOps and Test teams to deploy end-to-end solutions.
• Document models, test results and performance improvements.
