Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting for a Senior 5G RAN Performance Engineer in London or Bristol on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on performance and optimization of 5G networks, with emphasis on 5G SA, VoNR, KPI analysis, OSS platforms and network performance improvement.

You'll analyse and optimise live network performance, monitor KPI metrics, investigate trends, support VoNR and 5G SA activities, perform parameter tuning, and collaborate with Ericsson and Nokia environments to deliver

Qualifications

Strong 5G RAN performance and optimisation experience.
Hands-on experience with 5G SA and VoNR.
Experience using Ericsson ENM, Nokia NetAct or similar OSS tools.
Strong KPI analysis and performance reporting skills.
Proven experience delivering network performance improvements.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Analyse and optimise 5G network performance across live network environments.
Monitor and improve accessibility, retainability, mobility, integrity and throughput KPIs.
Investigate performance trends and identify optimisation opportunities.
Support VoNR and 5G SA performance activities.
Perform parameter optimisation and feature tuning.
Work closely with Ericsson and Nokia network environments.
Deliver recommendations to enhance customer experience and network quality.
