Job summary

JP Morgan Chase in London is recruiting a Senior Associate for the AI/ML Governance team to support governance across the firm’s AI/ML initiatives.

You will design dashboards, roll out governance processes, and provide hands-on guidance to stakeholders to ensure compliance with requirements. This role emphasizes collaboration with AI/ML Data Science, Architecture, and Engineering to drive the governance roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and build of our AI/ML Governance executive management reporting and dashboards.
• Roll out our AI/ML Governance processes by updating documentation and delivering trainings.
• Provide hands-on support to stakeholders at all levels to ensure understanding of and compliance with requirements.
• Monitor governance with compliance and remediate issues.
• Partner with AI/ML Data Science, Architecture and Engineering, and Data teams to identify improvements.
• Enhance and streamline governance by implementing the strategic roadmap for firmwide governance tooling.

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:
