Target is seeking a practical IT Support & AI Lead to support colleagues with day-to-day IT needs, champion responsible AI, and improve digital confidence across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting hardware and software.
• Experience coordinating with third-party IT providers.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal IT contact for all IT-related support requirements.
• Assist the IT & Development Manager by preparing information for outsourced IT providers.
• Log, track and escalate technical issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Provide information on service levels and performance of external technology suppliers.
• Act as the internal point of contact for MYPID app-related issues and coordinate escalations.
• Support users with hardware, software, system access and connectivity issues.
• Maintain the IT asset register and equipment inventory, including home working devices.
• Assist with procurement of IT equipment, software licences and peripherals.
