Job summary

VANRATH, partnering with a leading global organisation, is seeking an AI Innovation Manager to lead the Enterprise Innovation Lab. This hands-on role suits a delivery-focused consultant who translates ambiguity into practical AI solutions and rapidly tests new technology against real commercial use cases.

You will identify opportunities across Commercial and Operations, build prototypes, and demonstrate outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience from a leading strategy, management or technology consultancy.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions, prototypes or automations.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Curious, self-sufficient and engaged with emerging AI technology.

VANRATH is partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint an AI Innovation Manager for a newly established Enterprise Innovation Lab.

This is a hands-on role for someone from a strong consulting background who enjoys turning ambiguous business challenges into practical AI solutions. You’ll work in a small, autonomous team, rapidly developing prototypes and testing new technology against real commercial use cases.

What You’ll Do

• Identify valuable AI and automation opportunities across Commercial and Operations.
• Turn loosely defined problems into clear, deliverable use cases.
• Build and test AI prototypes, agents and automations at pace.

About You

• Recent hands‑on experience building AI‑enabled solutions, prototypes or automations.
• Strong first‑principles problem‑solving and presentation skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Curious, self‑sufficient and genuinely interested in emerging AI technology.

Experience with technologies such as Agentforce, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Databricks, Snowflake, Cursor or comparable platforms would be beneficial.
