Job summary

Finastra seeks a Product Director of Innovation & AI to lead the AI strategy for the Universal Banking portfolio in London. You will translate market demand and client challenges into high-impact AI initiatives across core banking, lending, payments, and analytics.

You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, and Partners to drive adoption, governance, and responsible AI, delivering measurable business value and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AI-driven product strategy and execution.
• Proven track record in financial services software.
• Ability to translate market trends into AI initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior banking clients.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI Strategy for the Universal Banking portfolio, aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, and Partners to drive AI initiatives.
• Drive a prioritized AI portfolio from ideation to productization and adoption.
• Ensure governance, risk controls and regulatory compliance are embedded in AI initiatives.
