Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software in Cambridge is seeking a motivated AI Graduate Software Engineer. This Level 1 graduate role focuses on real-world AI challenges, with mentorship from an AI Development/Research Leader and opportunities to work on industrial AI solutions.

You will learn, contribute to projects, and grow technical skills in Python, C++, and AI frameworks within a supportive, hybrid work model in Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a closely related quantitative field obtained within the last 1–2 years.
• Solid theoretical understanding of AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning).
• Proficiency in Python and at least one major AI framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement AI/ML models for industrial problems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and researchers to integrate AI components into software systems.
• Write clean, well-documented code and assist with data preparation and model evaluation.
• Participate in a structured graduate program with mentoring and ongoing learning.
