Job summary

10Pearls seeks an experienced AI Governance SME to design and embed governance that enables safe, rapid AI adoption for clients. You will drive the governance lifecycle from published frameworks to guardrails, collaborating with risk, security, and data governance teams.

The role requires deep expertise in AI governance, security and regulatory compliance, and the ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels. A global services mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI governance frameworks and controls designed for self-service.
• Knowledge of risk-based governance for AI systems and models.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Enact AI governance framework and self-serve guardrails across client workstreams.
• Lead risk assessment processes for AI use cases, determining architecture and testing depth.
• Define and manage the AI governance control plane programme from design to delivery hand-off.
• Champion data governance for AI data, aligning with client data offices and quality systems.
• Run the review pathway for novel or high-risk AI work with Risk & CISO.
• Maintain risk registers and AI use case inventories across engagements.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, data governance and engineering teams to embed governance.
