Job summary

Kong is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for AI governance in the EMEA region. You will own launches, content, and campaigns across the AI portfolio, coordinating with AI R&D, demand generation, field marketing, and sales to accelerate pipeline.

This role requires translating complex AI concepts into compelling narratives for technical teams and executives, while enabling sales with assets, talking points, and competitive positioning. Collaboration with events and partnerships is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering, preferably in an AI/ML platform company.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for technical and C-suite buyers.
• Proven track record of product launches, sales enablement materials, and competitive intelligence that move pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own launch execution across the AI portfolio and manage the launch calendar and cross-functional inputs.
• Drive campaign strategy and content with demand gen and field marketing to create buyer-focused narratives.
• Serve as the commercial interface between AI PMM and downstream marketing and sales functions.
