Job Description:

Our cross-border AI/Web3/Gaming/New Technology AI Investments team is growing, and we are looking for a smart, capable, and experienced Fund Raiser/Deal Maker/Associate to join us. This role is to further grow, bring investments to, and build further investor relations and corporate development capability.

The successful candidate will work with a highly competent team and have opportunities for further growth. This role requires the use of an existing network of large AI investors and good contacts with global enterprises, Web3 investors, HNW individuals, and strategic investors. Familiarity with various financial and strategic partnership deal structures, as well as new technologies, particularly in AI, Web3, and gaming, is essential.

The Role:

1. Assist senior colleagues with day-to-day research, analytics, and finding relevant partnership targets for our companies in the group.
2. Work on the origination of potential deals in close collaboration with our structuring team and target companies.
3. Communicate with large and smaller companies and their leadership, demonstrating a previous track record in this area.
4. Represent the company as a spokesperson to the AI, Tech, and Web3 and gaming community, focusing on educating partners about the company's strategy and market opportunities.
5. Support company strategy and business development needs through the identification and assessment of external partners and corporate development opportunities.
6. Collaborate with senior leaders to bring corporate development opportunities in a systematic fashion.
7. Maintain a good reputation and excellent relationships with companies.
8. Assess the investor base and create a plan to target long-term investors that fit strategically.

You should apply if:

1. You have significant professional experience in Deal Making, Fund Raising, or Partnerships in the New Technology space, investment/hedge fund sales, M&A at a large tech company, investment bank, or large global corporation.
2. TMT experience and an interest in computer games are a must, or a willingness to learn fast.
3. You have experience working with major investors globally, especially in Europe and the US, with experience in Asia, particularly Singapore, being highly desirable.
4. You can handle projects with multiple workstreams and have proven leadership success across various business problems.
5. You have excellent relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. You possess great presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities.
7. You are knowledgeable and interested in Web3, gaming tech, and banking industries.
8. You have an excellent professional reputation, can travel, and enjoy being involved in significant projects.
9. You are results-oriented and follow given guidelines effectively.
