Our cross border AI/ Web3 / Gaming / New Technology AI Investments team is growing and we are looking for a smart, capable, and experienced Fund Raiser/ Deal Maker/ Associate to join us.

This role is to further grow, bring investments, and build investor relations and corporate development capability. This includes leveraging existing networks within Web3, Tech, AI, and Gaming spaces with decision-makers.

The successful candidate will work with a highly competent team, with opportunities for further growth.

This role particularly requires utilizing a current network of large AI investors, having good contacts with major global enterprises, Web3 Investors, HNW Individuals, and Strategic Investors to develop our new offerings. Familiarity with various financial and strategic partnership deal structures, as well as new technologies in AI, Web3, and Gaming, is essential.

The Role

On a daily basis, you will:

1. Assist senior colleagues with day-to-day research, analytics, and finding relevant partnership targets for our companies.
2. Work on the origination of potential deals in close collaboration with our structuring team and target companies.
3. Communicate effectively with large and smaller companies and their leadership, demonstrating a previous track record in this area.
4. Represent the company as a spokesperson to the AI, Tech, Web3, and Gaming community, focusing on educating current and prospective partners about the company's strategy and market opportunities.
5. Support company strategy and business development needs through the identification and assessment of external partners and corporate development opportunities.
6. Collaborate with senior leaders to bring corporate development opportunities in a systematic manner.
7. Maintain a good reputation and excellent relationships with companies.
8. Assess the mix of the investor base and create a plan to target long-term investors that are a good strategic fit.

You should apply if:

1. You have a passion for the role and significant professional experience in areas such as Deal Making, Fund Raising, or Partnerships in New Technology, Technology space, investment/hedge fund sales, M&A at a large tech company, or investment bank.
2. TMT experience and knowledge of computer games are a must, or you have a willingness to learn quickly.
3. You have experience working with major investors globally, especially in Europe, and a proven track record in the US and Asia, particularly Singapore.
4. You can handle projects with multiple workstreams and have demonstrated leadership success across various functional business problems.
5. You possess strong relationship-building skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and great presentation skills.
6. You are knowledgeable about and interested in Web3, gaming tech, and banking industries.
7. You have an excellent professional reputation, enjoy traveling, and want to be involved in significant projects.
8. You are results-oriented and follow given guidelines effectively.
