Anson McCade Pty in Belfast is seeking a hands-on AI software engineer blending development, AI, and consulting to deliver production-grade solutions for highly regulated environments. You will embed with client teams, prototype rapidly, and deploy solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

You'll work across the full solution lifecycle from discovery to deployment, using modern languages and cloud technologies, collaborating with architects and business stakeholders, and contributing

Competenze

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on coding.
• Experience shipping production-grade software.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud platforms.
• Understanding APIs, integrations, cloud-native development.
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI or Agentic AI technologies.
• Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance, Government or Critical National Infrastructure would be advantageous.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working directly with customers, solving real-world problems and building production-grade AI solutions. Rather than operating at a distance, you'll embed closely with client teams, rapidly prototyping, iterating and deploying solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

You'll combine software engineering, AI and consulting skills to bridge the gap between business problems and technical delivery.
