Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Clarity team and help build the next generation of conversational shopping. The role offers hybrid work in Central Europe or from home, reporting to the head of product for Clarity.

You’ll shape AI-native features and drive customer value in a rapidly evolving market. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers, leveraging GenAI and LLMs to deliver impactful product improvements and ensure ethical,

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS product management.
• Proven experience delivering AI-powered or GenAI features.
• Experience with product-led growth initiatives and scaling intelligent product experiences.
• Comfort working with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations and responsible AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of AI-native capabilities within Clarity from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product leaders to prototype features powered by Generative AI and LLMs.
• Engage with customers to understand evolving needs in AI and translate into product solutions.
• Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to roll out AI-driven features and collect feedback.
• Monitor AI product usage, performance, and business impact using a data-first approach.
• Synthesize findings and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
