AdviserPlus is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to steer the technical direction of our software solutions while supporting the career progression of a team of engineers. The role demands strong leadership, mentorship, and the ability to apply AI techniques to improve software delivery.

You will guide architecture discussions, develop cloud-native AI solutions on Azure, and ensure high-quality code across C#, .NET, and React.js.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with backend and frontend technologies.
• Proven leadership of software engineering teams delivering complex projects.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET 8.x+, React.js and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of software solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee sprint delivery, estimates, and SDLC governance.
• Drive AI-first development practices and cloud-native implementations on Azure.
• Collaborate with Architects, Platform Engineering, and Product Owners to align tech with business goals.
• Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders and manage client expectations.
