Job summary

Create Future is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the shift to AI-native software development. You will mentor teams, drive adoption of AI-first approaches, and contribute hands-on as a senior coder shaping product value with AI-driven techniques.

The role requires strong backend skills in .NET/Java/Python and proficiency with AI-assisted tooling, plus comfort rethinking workflows and mentoring peers in cutting-edge practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coder and technical leader capable of guiding peers.
• Proficient in building production software using .NET, Java or Python.
• Deep experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.).
• Willing to rethink the development lifecycle and introduce new workflows.
• Passionate about AI and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer advanced engineering practices for AI-powered development.
• Teach, coach and mentor engineers in AI tools and practices.
• Lead by example with hands-on coding and architectural decisions.
