Nexus Black, an AI-first business within IFS, seeks an IT Support Engineer to provision and secure engineers' tools, accounts, and devices. You will own identity infrastructure, manage Entra ID, M365, and cross-tenant SaaS, driving automation to replace repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering identity and access management at scale.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks with scripting.
• Knowledge of SaaS administration and cross-tenant migrations.
• Strong vendor negotiation and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Microsoft Entra ID at tenant scale.
• Oversee cross-tenant identity mapping and B2B collaboration.
• Manage secrets and credential rotation in 1Password and Azure Key Vault.
• Administer the M365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Lead cross-tenant migrations with Migration Orchestrator and tools.
• Maintain Slack and Notion at enterprise tier.
• Own SaaS estate administration for tools like GitHub, Figma, HubSpot.
• Develop PowerShell, Python, or TypeScript scripts to automate tasks.
• Collaborate with vendors to reduce manual work.
