Job summary

Clinisys, a global provider of AI-enabled diagnostic informatics, seeks a delivery-focused health IT professional to gather requirements, configure Clinisys ICE solutions, and lead workshops with stakeholders across healthcare settings. You will help implement systems that improve diagnostic workflows and interoperability with NHS interfaces.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, UAT, training, and go-live activities, with travel across the UK.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare technology, health IT software, or NHS environments.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
Experience supporting software testing, UAT, deployment, or implementation activities.
Understanding healthcare workflows and operational processes.
Knowledge of healthcare messaging standards such as HL7, FHIR, XML.
Experience working directly with customers in a project/delivery environment.
Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or process reviews.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate customer requirements and workflows.
Configure, test, and implement Clinisys ICE solutions.
Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
Support integration and interoperability activities with connected healthcare systems.
Contribute to product and process improvements through customer feedback and implementation experience.
Support project delivery activities including planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
