Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (Master's or PhD preferred).
• Strategic mindset with ability to bring structure to ambiguity and shape complex initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives and aligning senior stakeholders.
• Strong digital and AI understanding and experience with scalable tech in large organisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience from management consulting, digital transformation or a related strategic advisory environment.
• Direct experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D settings.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic AI and digital priorities into successful execution across R&D, from target discovery through to clinical development.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across R&D, including collaborations with external partners and technology leaders.
• Provide strategic guidance and coordination across AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between scientific objectives, technology capabilities and business priorities.
• Act as a trusted partner who translates between scientific, technical and business perspectives to support informed decision-making.
• Build alignment across senior stakeholders and drive complex initiatives through to successful delivery in a global matrix organisation.
