Novo Nordisk A/S invites an AI Execution Manager to shape how AI transforms R&D, bridging science, digital innovation and business execution across global teams. You will partner with senior leaders, researchers and technology groups to turn strategic priorities into high-impact initiatives that accelerate progress for people living with chronic diseases.

This role requires strategic insight, a track record of delivering cross-functional programs, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences (Master's or PhD preferred).
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and align initiatives with business priorities.
Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong digital and AI understanding and experience with technology product development at scale.
Experience across scientific, technical and business functions in large organisations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive audiences.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Experience from management consulting, digital transformation or related strategic advisory environment.
Direct experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D settings.

Responsibilities

Identify and shape high-impact AI and digital initiatives with leaders.
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across R&D with external partners.
Provide strategic guidance aligning scientific objectives with technology capabilities.
Translate between scientific, technical and business perspectives to support decisions.
