Job summary

Alpine Racing UK is offering an AI Engineering Student Placement in Enstone. You will work with AI, software, and platform engineers to develop, test, deploy, and improve AI-powered solutions for high-performance racing.

Ideal candidates are本科 students in data science/AI, with Python data-science experience and ML knowledge, and the right to work in the UK. Onsite interviews are required and the role spans a 1-year placement.

Qualifications

• Currently studying BSc or MSc in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques (e.g., regression, classification, neural networks).
• You must have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship cannot be provided.
• Available to attend onsite interviews.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered applications and solutions.
• Assist with data collection, preparation, and analysis to support machine learning and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvement.
• Support integration of AI solutions with existing systems and business processes.
• Assist in evaluating and testing AI models, tools, and technologies.
• Document technical solutions and present findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept projects exploring emerging AI technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement and adoption of AI solutions across the team.
