Job summary

Fruition Group seeks a technically fearless leader to act as a startup CTO within a small pod, owning end-to-end technical delivery for client engagements. You’ll be embedded with client teams, scoping, designing and building prototypes, then evolving those into MVPs within weeks.

Expect to extend our AI platform between engagements, turning field-proven patterns into accelerators and playbooks, while mentoring engineers and leading high-signal technical sessions across Transform engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI proofs on real client data.
• Hands-on production LLM and agent experience with evidence shipped to users.
• Strong software engineering foundations: clean code, testing, CI/CD, production mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build AI proofs on real client data during Assess engagements.
• Deliver client POCs and MVPs: RAG pipelines, agent architectures, LLM integrations.
• Iterate in short loops with frequent demos and feedback.
• Engineer for production from day one: guardrails, security and client integration.
• Prove trustworthiness with evals: datasets and automated pipelines.
• Handle client data pipelines and integrations across environments.
• Evolve internal AI platform into reusable accelerators and playbooks.
• Lead advanced technical sessions and upskill client engineers.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks, making pragmatic adoption calls.
