Job summary

AVEVA in Cambridge seeks an early-career Full Stack Developer to help build end-to-end prototype solutions (UI, APIs, data integration, and cloud/edge deployment) for testing new concepts in Digital Twins, AI, robotics, and visualization.

You’ll work in small, fast-moving, multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with engineers, researchers, product and domain experts, turning ideas into MVPs and testable demos while applying security and testing practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of practical coding experience from internships, projects, or junior roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Maths/Physics or related field.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and modern software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end prototype solutions (UI, APIs, data integration, cloud/edge deployment).
• Develop and maintain simple REST APIs and integrations for internal and customer-facing prototypes.
• Collaborate in small, multidisciplinary teams and contribute to MVPs and demos.
• Contribute to baseline security, testing, and documentation of prototypes.
