Job summary
Teva Pharmaceuticals seeks an AI Technical Lead to own the technical delivery of production-grade AI systems across enterprise digital, data and analytics environments. You will design, build, deploy, and operate AI capabilities on a Microsoft-first stack, ensuring standards, governance, security, and global operability.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of leading large engineering teams in enterprise environments.
- 10+ years in software engineering and delivery of applications/API in Microsoft cloud.
- 2+ years delivering GenAI/agentic solutions on Microsoft tech.
- Strong Azure engineering background and governance awareness.
- Experience in regulated environments with security and privacy controls.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical delivery of production-grade AI systems across enterprise digital and analytics environments.
- Lead design, build, and operation of AI solutions on a Microsoft-first stack.
- Review architecture and code, build proofs of concept, guide production hardening.
- Define and enforce engineering standards for AI delivery, security and Responsible AI.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, compliant AI solutions.
