Job summary

RedCompass Labs, a payments modernization specialist, seeks an AI Engineer to transform research into production-grade AI solutions for complex financial analysis. You will build scalable multi-agent systems, leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and deploy secure backend services in Azure.

The role requires 4+ years of software engineering, strong Python/TypeScript skills, and experience with LLMs and modern AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
• Experience with modern AI, agentic software, and LLMs.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills.
• Knowledge of embedding models, RAG, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development, containers, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale multi-agent workflows for financial analysis.
• Engineer secure, scalable backend services and APIs (Python/FastAPI) on Azure.
• Implement MLOps and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with product managers, domain experts, and UX designers to convert requirements into features.
