Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в AI, ML, Data Science или родственных областях.
• Сильные навыки Python с PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• Опыт вывода AI-POC в продакшн.
• Глубокие знания в области глубинного обучения, NLP и архитектур LLM.
• Опыт донастройки LLM или обучения доменно-специализированных моделей, а также с RAG, embeddings и векторными базами данных.
• Знакомство с концепциями агентного AI и orchestration-frameworks.
• Наличие продвинутой степени по AI/CS/DS или смежным дисциплинам.
• Публикации/патенты или открытые вклады в open-source приветствуются.
• Знание платежей, финтех или финансовых услуг приветствуется.

Responsibilities

• Оценка, проектирование, построение, оптимизация и развёртывание ML/AI и foundation-моделей для реальных приложений
• Изучение и оценка новых технологий AI, прототипирование новых возможностей и запуск концептов
• Сотрудничество с бизнес- и технологическими командами для выявления ценных сценариев применения
• Стимулирование инноваций через эксперименты, обмен знаниями и непрерывное обучение
• Определение лучших практик, технических стандартов и повторно используемых паттернов для разработки AI
• Разработка агентных рабочих процессов AI с использованием LangChain или аналогичных фреймворков
• Разработка и поддержка чертежей AI-систем, интеграция с существующей инфраструктурой и обеспечение производительности
• Встраивание соответствия, наблюдаемости и масштабируемости в решения
• Руководство внедрением, мониторингом и совершенствованием моделей

• Assess, design, build, optimize, and deploy ML/AI and foundation models for real-world applications
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and models, prototype new AI capabilities, and run proof-of-concepts
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-value use cases
• Drive innovation through experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning
• Help define best practices, technical standards, and reusable patterns for AI development across the organization
• Develop agentic AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar
• Develop and maintain AI system blueprints, integrate them with existing infrastructure, and optimize performance and scalability
• Embed compliance, observability, and scalability in design decisions
• Drive best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and continual improvement
• Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI opportunities
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, foundation models, and autonomous agents

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
• Experience taking AI proof-of-concepts from idea to production
• Strong knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and LLM architectures
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs or training domain-specific models, and with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and orchestration frameworks
• Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A curious, hands-on mindset and a desire to experiment, learn, and build
• Nice to have: Experience with multimodal AI, AI governance, or MLOps
• an advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines
• AI/ML research, publications, patents, or open-source contributions
