Job summary

Leeds Building Society is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Data Strategy team and help us build practical, secure and responsible AI solutions for colleagues and members. You’ll design, deploy and govern AI capabilities, working with security, risk and data teams to move ideas from proof of concept to scalable deployments.

The role offers hybrid working, and a 12% bonus potential with a 26‑day holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building, maintaining and supporting AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Foundry and Copilot experience required as we are a Microsoft house.
• Strong technical capability in Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and embed AI capabilities that solve real business problems.
• Collaborate with business teams, architects, security, risk and data colleagues to scale solutions.
