You will guide junior developers in contributing to AI-powered solutions that combine automation and intelligence, ensuring quality and shaping scalable delivery frameworks. Additionally, you will lead the development of best practices and create a replicable playbook for future projects.

• Experience shipping AI solutions such as:
• Revenue Reconciliation Agent: automating financial data reconciliation
• Lease Reconciliation Agent: comparing lease data with rent rolls
• Legal DD Assistant: building document Q&A agents for due diligence
• Proficiency with OpenAI or Claude
• Strong experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Advanced knowledge of Pandas
• Familiarity with PyMuPDF or pdfplumber
• Experience building APIs and custom connectors
