Job summary

Fifty One Degrees, a UK AI and data consultancy, is hiring a hands-on production engineer to own features end-to-end. Remote (UK) with access to London coworking spaces, you will ship live problems and work closely with client teams from concept to production.

You'll need about 2+ years in production engineering, strong Python and another modern language, and a genuine curiosity about applied AI. You'll collaborate with clients and teammates in fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other modern programming language.
• Curiosity about applied AI and a bias to ship.
• A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with clients and teams.
• Inclusive mindset and comfort working with diverse colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Take features from idea to production and iterate on real usage.
• Build AI agents and integrations against clients' data and systems.
• Collaborate directly with client project managers and engineers.
• Maintain quality via testing, monitoring, and guardrails.
