Job summary

Linktree Pty Ltd is looking for a Staff AI Engineer in Greater London. The successful candidate will own the lifecycle of AI applications, build, deploy and maintain features that drive personalization and analytics for over 70 million users. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of engineering experience and strong familiarity with modern AI techniques including prompt engineering and cloud infrastructure. A flexible work setup is offered, fully remote or hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in building and maintaining data-intensive production systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and features.
• Translate business problems into suitable solutions.
• Design and own scalable data pipelines for AI.

Skills

Engineering experience with data intensive systems

Familiarity with AI engineering techniques

Hands-on experience with AI tools/frameworks

Solid understanding of data engineering practices

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS)

Experience with prototyping and experimentation
