Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Python and software engineering skills.
• Solid understanding of core AI and Machine Learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience developing and delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Good understanding of how AI/ML models work, not just pre-built components.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, ML or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions from early-stage concepts through to production.
• Develop, evaluate and integrate AI/ML models and applications.
• Work across modern AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, NLP and agent-based systems.
• Assess model performance, investigate failure modes and optimise solutions.
• Develop robust, high-quality Python software for technically complex applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, specialists and customers to solve real-world problems.
