Job summary

GlobalLogic in London/UK is seeking a hands-on software engineer to help product teams work AI-natively. You will write production code, modernise pipelines and tooling, and coach engineers to use AI effectively in daily work.

Visit the office at least twice weekly in London or Glasgow, contributing to a hybrid work model with a focus on delivery and collaboration. Strong Java/C# production experience and knowledge of Claude Code or similar tools are required.

Qualifications

• Strong production software background in Java or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar tools.
• Experience in AI-native development and coaching engineers.

Responsibilities

• Join product squads early and help shape the transformation backlog.
• Modernise CI/CD pipelines and production codebase.
• Create and maintain Claude/agents documentation for the codebase.
• Roll out shared platform assets into live repositories.
• Build Claude Code skills and subagents for automation and reviews.
• Coach engineers on AI-native habits and day-to-day use of tools.
• Share learnings with Central Platform Team.
