Your work will help improve customer service, quality and decision making by making effective use of our core systems, including ERP and HR platforms.
You’ll have strong Python coding skills, with experience developing and integrating REST APIs. Experience of software testing, debugging and version control using Git is also essential. Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Graph, RAG and semantic search, workflow orchestration, or developing web applications and backend services using frameworks such as Django or FastAPI would also be an advantage. Familiarity with CI/CD, Linux, containerisation, application security and data protection principles would be useful.
