The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for an AI Software Engineer to join our established team to work on our AAA projects. You will lead collaboration with your colleagues to design and architect AI features and systems from the ground up. As an AI Engineer you will be a key part of the game-play experience team ensuring engaging, challenging and fun experiences for players. You will help to create and maintain best practices for the engineering team and help troubleshoot development issues.

Job RequirementsWhat We're Looking To See On Your CV

• Experience working on AAA titles, ideally have shipped at least one.
• Proficiency in C++ and other relevant programming languages
• Experience with AI algorithms and techniques
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  
  

Bonus points if you have;

• At least one, or two extra languages under your belt
• Previous experience in building large scale, realtime, multiplayer games
  
  

Job ResponsibilitiesAs our AI Engineer, you will:

• Design and architect AI solutions with the team, and technical director
• Work closely with the other teams, reviewing requirements and feature specifications and providing AI-specific solutions and insights
• Deliver high quality, optimised, clean code
• Set standards by example
• Improve overall code quality, e.g. by code reviews
• Guide, coach, and mentor associate engineers
• Help improving processes, and pipelines
• Work on the overall career paths within Stellar Entertainment
• Have fun working on amazing projects
