Job summary

VIQU IT Recruitment partners with a UK consultancy to appoint an AI Enablement Lead in London. The role focuses on driving practical AI adoption, from initial discovery to deployment and rollout, bridging business and technical delivery.

You will identify high-value AI opportunities, run discovery with business teams, and own the pipeline through to delivery with partners and internal teams. Relevant certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI models, generative AI and automation.
• Knowledge of how AI technologies can be applied within a business environment.
• Experience identifying high-value AI or automation opportunities.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience.
• Experience translating business needs into delivery-ready use cases.
• Experience working with technology teams, delivery partners or vendors.
• Strong business and technical stakeholder engagement skills.
• AI/ML, business analysis or change management certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise AI use cases based on business value, feasibility and risk.
• Lead discovery workshops with business teams.
• Capture current processes, pain points and desired outcomes.
• Translate opportunities into clear, delivery-ready use cases.
• Own the AI use case pipeline from discovery through to deployment.
• Partner with technical teams and external AI delivery partners.
• Support the design, build, testing and rollout of AI automation solutions.
• Define and track value delivered by individual use cases.
• Report AI delivery progress to leadership.

The business is looking for an AI Enablement Lead to drive practical AI adoption across the organisation, taking ownership of opportunities from initial discovery through to delivery and rollout.
