Job summary

La Fosse partners with a global construction business to appoint an AI Enablement Framework Lead in London. You will own the end-to-end design, piloting and embedding of an AI Enablement Framework that spans intake, approval, delivery, production, support and retirement.

The role requires proven experience delivering governance for AI across a large organisation, with the ability to drive decisions with C-suite stakeholders and embed practical, scalable frameworks in real-world programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and embedding an AI or technology governance framework in a large, complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, piloting and embedding an end-to-end AI Enablement Framework across the lifecycle of AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, data, security, legal, risk and delivery teams to ensure governance and operationalisation at scale.
• Pilot the framework on live AI initiatives and refine it for real-world adoption.
