Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a senior product leader for AI Editorial in London. You will embed product management discipline into editorial and tech teams, shaping opportunities for editorial subject matter expertise to power customer-facing AI innovations.

You will own cross-functional reporting, ROI and utilisation metrics, translate data and audience insights into clear product decisions, and coach editorial specialists in product thinking while delivering regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business, accounting, finance, law or related field.
• 8+ years’ product management experience in digital media or multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
• Experience with agile/product delivery frameworks and tooling for roadmaps, backlog management and sprint planning.
• Strong analytics to define ROI and utilisation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Embed product management expertise into editorial and tech teams to drive AI innovation.
• Establish cross-functional reporting and ROI/utilisation metrics across AI product development.
• Translate data and audience insights into clear product decisions, trade-offs and priorities.
• Build scalable processes for editorial-to-product handoffs, embedding roadmaps and sprint rhythms.
• Coach editorial subject matter experts in product thinking without formal management of the wider team.
• Deliver regular reporting and progress updates to senior leadership with mitigation options.
